Although it is only a part of MyStateMLS, NC State MLS serves as the state MLS for the state of North Carolina. Every NC State MLS member has access to MyStateMLS and is automatically logged in.

The North Carolina State Multiple Listing Service (NC State MLS) is available to all licensed real estate professionals (brokers, agents, and appraisers) who are currently conducting business in the state of North Carolina. All members of My State MLS are required to follow state laws governing the sale of property by a Licensed Professional and provide remuneration in accordance with the terms of the contracts they have signed. As long as you have a license in that state, you may list anywhere on the NC State MLS, unlike a local MLS. No more “out of area” listings as a result. The MLS for any state in the USA is the same as the MLS for my state.

Without a doubt, NC State MLS’s biggest asset is its inexpensive pricing. The MLS is reasonably priced and never levies additional costs or fines, regardless of the size of the office—a single broker or dozens of agents. Utilize the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) to find specialized sales opportunities, including as foreclosures and short sales, to broaden your business region. You may also use the MLS as a marketing tool to attract new agents and listings for your company.

Listings are syndicated to over 145 different websites. MyStateMLS (North Carolina State MLS) listings are fed DIRECTLY to Realtor.com, Trulia, Zillow, their network of websites, and Homes.com. The MLS uses advanced syndication that will automatically show members as the listing agent next to their listings at no additional cost.
